Take your App from a Prototype to a Commercial Product!

5:30 - 5:45pm Refreshments

5:45pm Talks:

We start off with 'lightning talks' by two student groups (James Semesky, Matt Holtzem, Blake Kizer) with app prototypes.

This is followed by Eric Oestrich (Towson Alumni, 2011) who just started his own company based on an app idea.

Eric is followed by Clay Hickson (Director, TowsonGlobal Business Incubator). TowsonGlobal is Towson University's business incubator that helps entrepreneurial ventures learn how to compete in the global economy. It provides businesses a wide range of support and access to resources that can be beneficial when trying to commercialize new technologies.

Speakers: James Semesky, Matt Holtzem, Blake Kizer (Towson Students), Eric Oestrich, Clay Hickson (Towson University)

Parking: Metered parking is available inside the Glen garage next to the building. Metered parking is also available on Cross Campus Drive which is also adjacent to the building (just use the pedestrian bridge to enter at the third floor). There are more parking lots across the street. Signs will be there to guide you to Room 459 once inside the building.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
