Event Series I : HR Apps
It is no secret that Enterprise mobility is becoming absolutely critical for business of all shapes and sizes. As with many enterprise sectors, today's anytime- anywhere mobile access is changing the fundamentals of the way business is conducted.
Undoubtedly, HR processes in the company undergo huge transformation like its sister departments. Every company now wants a mobile channel to reach their customers and mobile capability to their employees to stay connected 24*7. HR being the primary route for any person into the company, it is increasingly becoming important. That's because developers have hit the ground running to bring new solutions for hiring, managing and tracking HR to the mobile market. Creative HR Applications are helping enterprise improve productivity, enhance customer and drive the overall strategy forward.
The mobile technology market for HR processes is growing rapidly, and there are new solutions emerging all the time. But based on ease of use, coolness and functionality, a few stand out to us. So how can productive HR Applications be useful to mobilize the human resources activities and what are the ways to improve it is the theme of the meet up !

Availability of right information at the right time is important for the employees to be productive and it is the responsibility of the organization to provide that information through proper distribution channels. With BYOD increasingly being adopted by the companies, smart phones and tablets are now hardwired with enough power and performance to act as mini laptops on the go. The question is no longer a matter of if HR should capitalize on this medium to better support the workforce, but how.?
