Hi all and thanks for joining us last week.
Special thanks to Julia and Nadia for their very informative sessions.

Julia presented the case for digital design at schools. You can watch the video of her presentation on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=laKu23GJ2gM&feature=player_embedded.
Julia- would be great if you could post here some of the resources that you referred to about the school curriculum and technology. Alternatively you could send them over to me and shall upload them on the files section.

    Nadia at uk.linkedin.com/pub/nadia-abdelrahman/22/b00/90/
presented on "Education for a new era" and the slides can be viewed at: http://files.meetup.com/4118122/M_LearningN%20Rahman.pdf. Hope to see you all at our next meet up on Thurs 11th of July.

There are plenty of apps in Arabic/Turkish on iTunes. Easiest way to find them is to change your store country to Turkey or another Arabic country. (There is a small flag at the bottom of the page that shows the country that you are currently browsing).

Otherwise, if you want to publish your own mobile content in Arabic/Turkish, you may want to look at KO-SU (www.ko-su.com). We have a lot of users in the Middle East, for the very reason they can create the interactive mobile activities in their own language.

    cheers
