Due to the low levels of participation in this group thus far, I am instituting a new policy, if there are not at least 5 "yes" RSVP's for any given event at least 3 days before a meet is scheduled to occur, then that particular meet will be cancelled. I am stating this up front, so that everyone can check and know in advance if a meet is likely to be cancelled due to lack of participation, and save them from spending their own resources to participate in a dead meet.
Furthermore, if you RSVP "yes" for meets, and on more than 3 occasions fail to show up for the meet that you said "yes" to, you will be removed from the group at that time. If you do not log onto the website for a period extending beyond two months, you will be removed from the group.
IN ADDITION I HAVE CHANGED THE NAME OF THE GROUP TO "GREENVILLE PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB", THIS IS BECAUSE MODEL PARTICIPATION HAS BEEN NON EXISTANT THUS FAR, AND MOST OF THE PHOTOGRAPHERS IN THE GROUP ALREADY WORK WITH THE MODELS THEY ARE INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH. I ALSO PLAN ON SCHEDULING A WIDER RANGE OF PHOTOGRAPHY EVENTS THAT HAVE LITTLE OR NOTHING TO DO WITH MODELS. HOWEVER, TO AVOID CONFUSION I WILL NOT BE CHANGING THE URL OF THE SITE.
