Delegate: Showcase 2/3 years old F# codebase

Since I have already made the slides and the code is not going anywhere lets try to give this talk once again (I spoke with Prosa with regards of the chip and it should be solved now).

We will look into our codebases from our several Open Source tools: http://delegateas.github.io/. The agenda for the talk can be seen in the following slide:

The ADA meeting room fits about 25 people and if we need more space, we can use the canteen, which has a capacity of +50.
