"Who's Mothering Mommy?"

We continue our journey of Intentional Parenting for 2012 with another seminar,“Who’s Mothering Mommy?”. Ever feel like you're running on empty because you're giving to everyone else, and no one is giving to you? Well, give to yourself by taking a "Time Out" to come talk and be with other overwhelmed moms as we discuss: What the research says about the relationship between our own self-care and the well-being of our children; What brings you peace, joy, love, sanity in life? We will spend some time focusing on YOU, brainstorm ways to nurture yourself while nurturing your children... because “If momma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy!” (If you bring a first-time friend, you will receive a "pamper yourself" gift!) Cost, $20, to be paid by check or cash when you attend. (The cost helps to cover the materials, the space, a refreshment, and your take-home gift.)
