This is our special children's version of the Peaceful Mind Class. Your little one will develop healthy coping skills from a young age through use of movement, breath, sound, and relaxation. Participants will be well equipped with stress management tools to prepare them for future life stages.

Rotating teachers include: Salima Silverman, Michelle Falco, and William Ward.

Class is ongoing and open to children ages 4-12, with no need for pre-registration. Meets every Thursday 5-6pm.

$12/drop-in, $45/4 classes,
