Meditation Metamorphosis (8wk group) w/ William Ward

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS 8 WEEK GROUP!

In this meditation journey, we will be meeting for 1 hour once a week for 8 weeks to discuss and practice together. You will also set aside time to continue your practices at home each day. Self-reflection through journaling will allow you to observe your progression, including awareness of messages from the mind and heart, and what you feel you need. Your well-being on an experiential level is your birthright, no matter what seems to be going on.
