Set up a study group for computer security

This event is in Helena. We will have at least five programmers to help set up the network.

We will be building the new mock network for MEH.

We use a mock network to test out security vulnerabilities. We also use it to test networking functions for our code.

We meet every Thursday to play with robots, applications, OSes or just nerd out. We have a couple Linux users and varied talent.

There will be cake, brownies(not magical, sorry) and cookies. This study group would be a great opportunity for programmers interested in solidifying their network security knowledge, hanging out or meeting programmers.

Set up net... although it was a bit later than we had planned on this. We have two networks. One optionally connects through the Internet to link to some volunteered computers. We now also have a tiny isolated network(two comps) to help us test other programmer's proofs. We even got a pallet of old PCs to add to the mesh! Intelligent and fun people plus good food. Definitely doing again... I would like to get more people on

Hi Jonny. Welcome to Montana Programmers. This sounds awesome! If I'm ever near Helena, I'll definitely swing by for this. Thanks for setting up the meetup.
