We have all been familiar with the idea of a "Green Economy" for years. Now, there is a new kid on the block, the Blue Economy, hat brings both excitement and confusion. Is the Blue a smarter version of the Green? Does the Blue spur innovation from the resources in the ocean? Does the Green reduce and the Blue increase job opportunities? Will the Blue and the Green play well together? Will there be a "Teal" Economy soon?
