Rust Meetup

I've asked Julia Evans (http://jvns.ca/) to give a talk on her experience writing a kernel in Rust.

Afterwards, I'll be happy to answer questions about Rust and help anyone who brings along a project. If anyone else would like to volenteer to mentor people, it would be quite appriciated.
