I love MoodMapping because

I started it! - I had bipolar disorder, been in hospital for over a year in total. MoodMapping is a way of self managing. I am now medication free, writing my second book on personality and never been happier or healthier! About ten years. I started teaching it to the firefighters. In 2008, I was voted Mind Mental Health Champion for my work with the Doctors Support Network (after Stephen Fry 2007 Champion) I wrote the book MoodMapping in 2009.


Hi I am Liz, MoodMapping helps manage mood, once you see it, its obvious! although like every good practice it takes a bit of discipline. If you have mood problems, or if you want to be the best you can, MoodMapping is an essential life skill!
