Mor'Betta Body Bootcamp is a Complete and Total Body workout in the Park! We run through a series of Cardio, Strength-Training & Core exercises at a fast & fun pace. All levels of fitness are mor' than welcome. Just bring: water, yoga mat, exercise gloves and 5-10lb weights. We meet for 60 mins every Sunday @ 9:15am. Each session is $15. (Private 1 on 1's are also available at park or in-home so please inquire for rates and scheduling) See you there!
