Mor'Betta Body Bootcamp is a Complete and Total Body workout in the Park! We run through a series of Cardio, Strength-Training & Core exercises. All levels of fitness are mor' than welcome. Just bring: water, yoga mat, exercise gloves and 5-10lb weights. We meet for 60 min every Sat @ 9:30am. Each session is $10. Private 1on1 also available) See you there!
