Move Your Axis is a dance-fitness program designed by Tina-Michelle which inspires students through international rhythm and movement. Move and be moved while laughing out loud. Learn dance steps from around the globe. Put a new spin on life and Move Your Axis!

This playful and energetic class is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Workout attire and athletic shoes or dance sneakers are recommended.
