I invited Emilie to introduce us to a discipline that she has been practicing for some time and that she LOVES : Acroyoga.

In this 1H30 workshop we'll focus more on basics acrobatics and thai massage as most people have already practiced yoga or have some ideas what it is.

Yes! I used the word 'acrobatics". Indeed I did. Yet don't be that frightened. You don t have to be half mister-fantastic half daredevil to attend. What we ll cover are real simple basics done by pairs : a base and a flyer (sometimes a third person on the side to help and prevent falls - shame on you who did not come to the previous Breakfalls workshop). Anyone can do it and... It s GREAT FUN!

Thai massage is becoming increasingly popular around the globe. Basics are very easy to grasp, very effective to release tensions and sooo relaxing to receive!!! Having some basic massage skills is always handy whether is it to relax a friend or to thank your body after a workout. If we have the time and energy we ll have a glimpse of Thai flying massage, an Acroyoga specialty pairing massage with gravity to feel even better.
