Moxie is turning one year old - Woohoo!! Let's celebrate with a tour of the burgeoning Motor Row District just south of the South Loop and west of McCormick Place. Motor Row was the site of recording studios and some of the nation's first automobile dealerships. Much of the architecture remains and we'll discuss the past, as well as the future. People who join the tour will receive two free raffle tickets with a $10 tour ticket purchase.

Itinerary:

5:45 - Meet at 'L' stop

roughly 6:00 - begin walking tour of the district, heading east toward S. Michigan Ave.

roughly 6:45 - arrive at Velvet Lounge, a jazz bar with a rich history, at 67 E Cermak Rd.

Let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to exploring a unique part of town with you!

Bring your friends! The tour is open to everyone!
