This 60 minute class will be jam packed with cardio pumping Muay Thai Kickboxing techniques, strength and conditioning exercises from certified CrossFit trainers and coaching from, not 1, but 3 coaches so everyone that comes will get personalized attention.

This session’s trainers will be:

Sam Gaberal:

Sam is a CrossFit level 1 certified trainer. Sam also holds the Crossfit Olympic Lifting certification, the CrossFit Strongman certification, the CrossFit Rowing certification and the CrossFit Movement and Mobility certification. Sam is a NASM certified personal trainer and has also attended Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength.

Ken Changpartitum:

Ken C. has been training under Muay Thai (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muay_Thai) living legend, Coban Lookchaomaesaitong since 2000 (Coban is a 5 time world champion and 2 time Lumpinee champion). Ken C. has trained at the famed Fairtex Muay Thai gym in San Francisco for 2 years and the Lanna Muay Thai camp in Thailand for 1.5 years. Ken C. has fought in both the US and in Thailand. Ken C. has also been training at the mecca of boxing, Gleason’s Gym since 2009 under legendary boxing icon and coach Hector Roca.

Ken Ng:

Ken N. has been training under Muay Thai (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muay_Thai) living legend, Coban Lookchaomaesaitong (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coban_Lookchaomaesaitong) since 1999 (Coban is a 5 time world champion and 2 time Lumpinee champion). Ken N. has also been training under Muay Thai great Kaensak Sor Ploenjit since 2008 (Kaensak is a Muay Thai world champion and the 1 st fighter ever to be named fighter of the year two years in a row). Ken N. is a certified level 1 USA Boxing Coach, certfied CrossFit level 1 trainer and has the CrossFit Mobility certification.

Boxing gloves will be made available to participants, but please bring them if you have them.
