Regional cooking of India--All vegetarian/ vegan

In order to describe the rich and varied history of Indian cuisine I will give you five major culinary regions of India. Each  has its own gastronomic traditions.

I will share with you all the secrets of Indian cooking and show you how to make delicious Indian cuisine. You will have the dinner after that.

We invite you to bring a notebook, so you can take all the secrets back home with you and delight yourself and those you love


Chickpea Masala( chickpeas in onion,ginger, garlic tomatoes-- Cuisine from Punjab North India)

Masala Dosa(stuffed potatoes in a crepe')--Cuisine from South India

Mixed Vegetable--Chochori (all seasonal veggies in spices and sauces)---Cuisine from East India

Khasta Kachori( Lentil stuffed deep fried snacks)-- Cuisine from Rajasthan--West India

Almond Cashew Burfi-( A candy that you can keep for months-- Dessert from Kashmir
