This group is a community for individuals interested in learning about small multi-family and apartment real estate investing and to network with like minded people to exchange ideas. The group will facilitate education, collaboration with experienced investors and networking. You will learn how to get involved and operate this type of real estate and what to look for and avoid. We'll talk about how to analyze deals, research markets and have discussions about related topics.
This group was started by Omar Ruiz and Jeffrey Spindler, active real estate investors that own, manage and operate properties in California, Texas and search cities around the country for opportunities. We've repeatedly heard from people who are interested in multi-family and apartment real estate but don't know where to start or where to go to for information and don't understand how it works. We created this group to help people learn from our experiences and others, in order to achieve success for themselves.
