This is the "Aardvark and Fox" hike.

Not as fast as TNT, No running! Not a stroll in the Park. No Turtles! This is more like a cardio workout with limited short breaks. NOT A BEGINNER HIKE. We will hike several single line and wide trails to our destination approximately
2.5 - pace to our destination and take a SWEATY group picture. Then return to our cars. BE AWARE....some areas of this hike will require us to be on our hands, knees and Buttocks because of the rocky climb and steep areas. Some of you might be in better shape than some of us, but to add to your work out, carry more weight. Be Honest with yourself. Know your limits and what you can carry.

1675+ gain . 1710 ft Elev 7.25 Miles RT. -approximately. Advance level , pace 2.5 - 3.0 Bring plenty of water , layers , snack, Flashlight or headlamp.
