WEDNESDAY HAPPY HUMP DAY!! LET'S GET SOME WISDOM!! @ THE TREE!!

Not as fast as TNT, No running! Not a stroll in the Park. No Turtles! This is more like a cardio workout. We will hike several single line and wide trails that are steep and strenuous, variation of hills / mountains / ridges with limited short breaks in between . (When I say short , I REALLY MEAN SHORT! ) to our destination at Wisdom Tree and take a SWEATY group picture. Then return to our cars. WEDNESDAY - HAPPY - HUMPDAY will be repeated by alternating different trails to our destinations consisting of Mt Hollywood, Mt Lee ,Wisdom Tree & Hollywood sign and other destinations )

Some of you might be in better shape than some of us, but to add to your work out, carry more weight. Be Honest with yourself. Know your limits and what you can carry. APPROXIMATELY :
1500+ gain , 1700 ft Elevation
8+ Miles RT. - Intermediate/Advance level WHAT TO BRING-
Flash light / Headlamp, layer - light jacket or sweater , water , snack, hiking poles ( if needed, although on fast paced it might be safer not too) , GOOD trail shoes or hiking boots.

If you cannot keep up with this group please be considerate of the other members and if you need to head back let one of us know so that we are not worried looking for you. **********With that said , our MISSION on this hike is no one is left behind, We all get back safe with no injuries . Hiking is recreational and we are there to have fun in a safe and healthy environment enjoying each other's company as we venture out into the wilderness. :) **********
