*Group Closing Down* (My Social Scene)

 

Hi everyone!

First of all I'd just like to say that I hope you all have a very safe and happy Christmas and new year holidays coming up. It's going to be a lot of fun with friends and family, relaxation and very full bellies!

I'm sending you all this email because I've decided to close down the My Social Scene meetup group due to my departure to Hamilton Island in the new year, lack of funding to keep the meetup group operational as well as my time commitments to those friends I've already forged relationships with over the years, who I've been neglecting by hosting events for new members :(

We are still hosting a few events for the new year however, these will be posted through our FACEBOOK GROUP if you'd like to join it for free, you'll get the invites sent directly to you when they appear.

Thank you all so much for joining this group, participating in events and giving your feedback regarding the effort myself and other organisers have put into the events. It's all very much appreciated!

Again, I hope you all enjoy your holidays and hopefully I can see you all the TGIFDF drinks at the Normanby, last Friday of Jan, before I head off to Hamilton Island!
