This ride is about 40 miles, at a moderate pace (for older folks) with average of about 13-15 ml/hr. Start at Shelby Bottoms and head out through downtown to 12th Ave North and up to Lake Radnor before heading out towards Brentwood, and back through Percy Warner Park to Post Road and through Richland Park through downtown and back to Shelby Bbottoms. It will be warm so bring plenty of water and sunscreen
