NC Systema Outdoor Training Camp
25th-26th May 2013
Next month, we'll be holding our first outdoor training seminar of 2013. This will be an overnight training camp focused on use of outdoor environments for conditioning and combat.
Expect lots of breathing, exercise and free movement over uneven terrain. Fighting in the forest, in low-light and darkness. And weather permitting, a little water-work, too.

Location will be the Shinleaf Hike-in Camp within Falls Lake State Recreation Area.
The $80 cost includes the park camping fee of $20 per night.
All payments must be made in advance, at least 1 week ahead of the camp, to guarantee a place. You can pay via PayPal (to murphy.scicomm@gmail.com), or pay Glenn in person by cash or check.
PLACES WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED. Only 12 spots available, so this will necessarily be an intense, small-group training experience. Contact Glenn asap to reserve your place and avoid disappointment.
We'll be setting up camp at 2pm on Sat 25th. But the sites are booked from Friday through Sunday. So if you want to roll in early, set up camp, and attend our Friday night class in Chapel Hill the night before, you are most welcome to do so. (Drop-in fee for non-members is $20).
There will be 2-3 hours of training on the Saturday afternoon, another 2 in the evening, and a further 3 (including an hour in the lake) the following day.
On Sunday, training will start at 9am, and end by noon.
RSVP here to indicate interest, and feel free to contact me (glenn@ncsystema.com) for more information.
