ASP.NET MVC And You - Carl Bergenhem Speaker

Now that Microsoft is talking about “One ASP.NET” it’s a great time for ASP.NET Ajax developers to take a look at the other side of the coin; ASP.NET MVC. Why would someone pick ASP.NET MVC over ASP.NET AJAX (or vice versa)? What kind of advantages does ASP.NET MVC bring? In this session we will dive in to an overview of the ASP.NET MVC framework and learn just why a developer would enjoy working with it, and how it all compares to traditional WebForms.

Carl Bergenhem is an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Telerik, a leading vendor of UI components as well as development, team productivity, and automated testing tools for .NET. He mainly focuses on the ASP.NET AJAX, MVC, and HTML5 platforms, but dabbles in all of their other products as well. He has been working with web-related technologies for as long as he can remember, and loves to deal with anything that has to do with the web.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
