This Meetup Group was created for New England Seacoast based kayakers, canoeists, rafters, or anyone interested in paddling to get together. Trips and events will mostly take place near or along the Seacoasts of MA, NH & ME but are not limited to these areas. Inland lakes and river padling trips and events are welcome to be posted. Inland trips and events will occur more often in the springtime and fall months.
This NE Seacoast Paddlers Meetup is a merger of the Seascoast_Kayakers and Seacoast-Paddlers Yahoogroups lists. We hope to grow this list to an even larger member base of paddlers.
All trips or events with this group will by default use the Common Adventure Model. For more info on CAM see the link below or go to the Message Board. Please read the "Message Board" for other impotant information as well as "About Us" for useful safety information and great paddling locations.

I have reserved the Seacoast YMCA pool in Portsmouth NH for 3 Sundays in a row starting November 22nd from 3 - 6pm. These kayak pool sessions will provide you an opportunity to practice or learn safety skills including wet exiting, self and assisted rescues, bracing and rolling techniques. Read more
