Using Visual Studio and Azure Mobile Services to Build Mobile Apps
Details
Abstract
In the quickly growing space of mobile devices, apps play a crucial role. No app is truly complete without a suitable, easy to implement backend. In this session, we take a deep dive into how Visual Studio can help you build a mobile app that uses two hot backends - Azure Mobile Services and Azure Storage. Using a simple example, we’ll be delving into how VS tooling makes it easier to enhance your apps with server side scripts, authentication, push notifications, and Azure storage. We’ll also look into how you can quickly and effectively diagnose issues with your app. Along the way we’ll answer questions like which backend is most suitable to use and what are some of the challenges facing the app developer in this space.
