2 dishes my mom used to make: 1: "bar-b-cups". crescent rolls stuffed into muffin tins and filled w/ a barbeque mixture 2: Spaghetti pie. a Big pie w/ crust made out of cooked spaghetti filled w/ a meaty mixture. I've of course recreated these treasures into vegan vittles with 100% success!

At one point, I had 5 little guinea pig companions and a rabbit. Now, I'm lucky enough to be a caretaker for a little Cairn mix canine named Otis :)
I live in Lincoln and have been a Vegetarian since 2001, Vegan since 2007. Have been wondering about how to find out about other veggies in Nebraska, but just came across this meetup info; am psyched.
