NJ RMA Self Defense Group

Come join us and learn extremely effective ways to defend yourself in the streets.

Training is based on the instructors study and interpretation (though not limited to) of Native Russian Martial Arts, which are based on the science of natural human motion, or bio-mechanics. We also train some basic grappling.

Easily learn to at least double your striking power with no more than half the effort.

Though we take training serious, the group is very layed back and easygoing. No yelling like in the movies, lol.

Whether you've ever had any experience in self defense training, or not, this group fits anyone and everyone!

You don't need to be in shape, or any special skills, just an interest in learning to defend yourself with an easy to learn and very effective system of defense. And to have fun in the process.

We meet at The YMHA of Union

You do not need to be a member of this, or any other Y to participate, simply go to the front desk and tell them you're there for the martial arts class and they will direct you to the room.
