Happy New Year everyone! NJ Connect is back in 2015 and kicking off the New Year with design thinking. Digital strategy design is not just about building a website or an application, it's about understanding the audience you want to connect with to give clarity behind the true value proposition of core services being offered. This is where value proposition design comes in.

Juergen is a UX designer and developer living in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Born in Germany, Juergen moved to New York as a graphic designer in 1985. From there he developed a career in technology becoming the first desktop programmer hired at Bankers Trust Company, later establishing Deutsche Bank’s UX practice in 2008. In 2010, he co-founded Polymash as a mobile focused design and digital strategy agency.
