Walking and Talking @ Laurence Harbor

Ok this week let's go walk the boards in Laurence Harbour. I gave you a GPS friendly address, right behind this pharmacy is a parking lot by the water, park there and meet at the picnic table. We can walk for about an hour and then go to The Ocean Bay Diner (http://www.yelp.com/biz/ocean-bay-diner-south-amboy) for brunch afterwards.

Weather Update: 5/25 @ 10am: sunny, 46 degrees, 0% chance of rain, 39% humidity and wind 10mph (but could be stronger on the water) dress warm!

It's time for me to drag my lazy behind out and get walking again how about you? Each week we will walk somewhere in or near Keyport. Suggestions are welcome for flat, easy spots with restrooms nearby. I plan to walk for about 1 hr from 10am to 11 am then go for breakfast. I only walk when it's not raining and the temperature is above 40 degrees. Location will be posted by Wednesday. Well behaved children and pets are welcome. This is an easy, beginner type walk for those who aren't so physically fit but want to do better.

If anyone wants to plan and host a week I am not available or to give me a break then please know that you are welcome to do so. Just contact me for details on how to. If you see my RSVP as NO then that means I am not going to be walking that week.
