Reiki's literal meaning is Universal Life Force. Some healing traditions refer to this as "Ki" or life essence. It is akin to the breath in movement and method and travels similarly through the body.

In Reiki I, your ability to channel the Reiki energy is activated. You learn the healing benefits of this beautiful holistic modality, empowering you on several levels. You are taught the history of Reiki, how it works, how to perform self Reiki, how to give a full body Reiki session to others, and how to perform chair Reiki.

You will also learn about the chakras and their functions. Two attunements are given. Reiki I students undergo a 21 day cleansing period which activates deep healing in the student. For many, this trigger jumpstarts their own healing journey that is quite often miraculous and life shifting.

Full Day class is $175 cash or check. All materials are provided and a certificate will be awarded upon completion. A $50 deposit is required to secure your space. Please bring a bagged lunch and snacks. Water and tea will be provided.
