Declared one of the top 100 events in North America, Riverfest is a three-day event that draws over 100,000 visitors from far and wide for a taste of Jersey’s best food, music and family fun. Riverfest features a wide variety of seafood, summertime favorites, gourmet specialties and sweets plus three days of live music on two stages, children’s games, rides and activities, arts and crafts, vendors, scenic river cruises along the banks of the Navesink River and our new Wine and Beer Café featuring local wineries and craft-brewed specialties.

We will start meeting at 11 AM. Look for a Meetup sign on the crest of the hill near the sound control tent, facing the main stage. The closer to 11 you get there, the easier it will be to find parking and claim a spot to place your chair. Bring a jacket in case of wind off the water. You can bring a cooler, but several food vendors are there including one where you can buy a mug and get unlimited soda refills all day. The event ends at 10 PM but the meetup people may not stay until that time. You leave when you want to.
