Sam asked: "is anyone presenting anything?"
While we don't generally have official presentations as such,
unless there's specific topic or project at hand, we do have
short impromptu presentations when something comes up of
interest and that can happen at any one of our meetings .....
What we mainly do is work on individual's projects and problems,
discuss the latest news and trends, 'show off' achievements we've
done and generally help one another out. Specials do come up,
such as the movie we showed in the Darius Theatre 'Revolution OS',
and the upcoming 'Software Freedom Day' - so there's always plenty
to keep us busy and interested enough to have kept this group
going for the past 23 years .....
If you, or anyone, have a topic or subject that you'd like us to
arrange a presentation, please let me know and I'll see if we can
invite related people to come and present .....
