12-Steps Towards
Serenity, Courage, and Wisdom

is a focus on how the 12 steps (originally from AA) can
help anyone in understanding their own Self.

Whether or not you have experienced any 12-Step Programs
(such as
Alcoholics Anonymous)12-Steps and the variations of some other groups, such as Al-anon,
CODA, Narcotics Anonymous, etc.)

you can benefit from understanding the 12-Steps from another viewpoint, can't you?

If you have experienced a 12-Step Program, can you remember what the steps are? It is easier to practice the 12-Steps if they can be remembered, can't they? And do you know how the 12-Steps are related to the "Serenity Prayer"?

If you have little or no experience with the 12-Steps, the framework of
12-Steps Towards Serenity, Courage, and Wisdom can get you up to speed in understanding the 12-Steps and, more importantly, your Self more effectively, and to take personal responsibility for your life
, emotions, and actions, now.

Come join other people of like mind who are
searching and are curious about how to
enjoy life to its fullest, enabling more
Self growth and contribution to others.
