Clay Date - Poly clay

While a Clay Date sounds silly I've had several requests from people at open houses for polymer clay classes. I'm not prepared to teach a class at this time however a clay date social seems like a good idea.

So .... bring your own clay, tools if you have them. And we can all play with our tools and materials together.

I will be bringing my crafting dedicated toaster oven, some clay, some texture plates, misc tools, a clay/pasta roller for conditioning and some books for ideas and techniques.

If you need to get clay - there is a craft store in the nearby shopping plaza, and you can locate any number of of local stores that sell polymer clay like Michaels, AC Moore, JoAnne Fabrics, Walmart, or order online at Amazon etc.

If you want to experiment or seek motivation support or just want to actually DO something with the clay you have then this session is for you!

There will be a $5 cover charge which Nova Labs will get for the use of the space. It is non refundable as we are reserving space and will have use of the tables etc.

While this is an informal session, please be attentive and respectful of Nova Labs members, visitors and your host. Questions are welcome anytime! Please just ask if you'd like a tour or an explanation of the facility here and what our community is doing.
