Beer Brew Day #1

The Brewing Group at Nova Labs will undertake its first attempt at making beer. We'll be doing all the prep, boiling, and other steps of brew day at Nova Labs and then the result will leave the premises to find a nice quiet place to ferment for a few weeks. The time and location of Bottling Day #1 will be determined during or after Brew Day.

We'll be making an All Malt Pilsner which should be more flavorful than your run of the mill pilsner and should appeal to the widest audiance. We can get more adventurous later.
