Nonprofit workshops that provide step-by-step guidance to properly start up and operate an IRS tax exempt nonprofit organization. Each workshop will start with a 30 minute summary of the previous "Nonprofit Introduction Workshop" and will cover daily tasks, mission statements, steps to proper business start up, legal & accounting, business development, credit repair, insurance and cash management. We will then start 2 hour "do it yourself" step-by-step instructionals on business development, fundraising, business plans, marketing plans, accounting, credit repair and cash management.
