According to the Constitution of the United States: Article IV. Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Today actions by Obama et. al., in filing a law suit against Arizona is an attack on the personal safety of every American Citizen.
With Obama's administration filing suit against Arizona... can there any longer be any reasonable doubt that there are irreconcilable goals and objectives of this administration…a break in the duty of the federal government to protect the states (and We, the People) from armed invasion and now we must acknowledge that further hope for a peaceful resolution to mere differences of opinion is unreasonable?
The federal government has by this action shown clear intention to violate the constitution...refuse to obey the highest law of the land, at the expense of the United States citizens living in Arizona and therefore, that his action is at the expense of all Americans, and every state of the union.
Obama, et. al., has had yet another chance to show if they will obey their oath of office...and they have again chosen to violate their oaths, and have taken the side of illegal aliens rather than We, The People.
It is in my opinion, far past time to acknowledge that what we have been trying to do for the last 18 months...is not working... and is in fact, a significant failure to communicate the consequences to our representatives of their continued refusal to obey law of the land and defend our borders from invasion.
When will we come to the realization that talking to Obama and his administration…has not, is not, and will not work for us? If Obama is allowed to stay in office until the end of his term, he will in all likelihood...appoint yet another progressive, activist Justice to the SCOTUS, thereby altering the balance of power in the federal government far beyond the remainder of his term of office...changing the heart of our legal system from judging, to creating/revising the law of the land
