Our good buddy Aaron is about to ship out to TX for the Air Force. Come out and BBQ with us and play some vball.
I've tried this many times now, and there always seems to be confusion. Let me be as clear as possible... BRING YOUR OWN MEAT TO GRILL. Everyone brings their OWN MEAT, AND a side dish/dessert to share. Do not show up and expect that someone will have extra for you. This seems to happen every time.
***Please let us know what you intend to bring as your shared dish/dessert so there is a variety & not 50 bags of Doritios. (Nothing against Doritios...)
If you haven't been out to our Sunday outdoor games, a little info... There are a lot of competitive players, but there are some beginners too. We try to even things up based on skill level, and when there are 2 nets, even split off the very competitive players for a few games on their own. Most games are 6v6, but we sometimes play 2's also.
This is family a friendly group/event. No language, fighting, etc tolerated. You'll be asked to leave, and removed from the group.
We don't allow the kids to play volleyball with adults. It's not safe for them, or fun for the rest of us. There is plenty of room around the courts for kids to play in the sand, or they can head to the spray park right next to the courts (when it's warm).
Come play! All skill levels welcome.
Bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and your A-Game. :)
