Details
This Nurture in Nature Saturday retreat is a perfect way to immerse yourself in both the beauty of Nonviolent Communication (Compassionate Communication) community and the beauty of nature!
Set in the wild beauty of the Golden Gate Marin Headlands Park, only ten minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, adjacent to the Point Bonita Lighthouse.
This day retreat is for you if you appreciate wild nature and would like to nurture yourself while being together in community.
The day retreat is led by experienced Center for Nonviolent Communication International Certified Trainer Mair Alight.
I will offer invitations to meditation, silence, circles and sharing and time for integration. Topics may include: how to access presence and self care (and how to return to self!), time to focus on self care, practicing specific NVC Dialog Skills such as saying no, not taking others judgments personally, how to translate our own inner judgments…and also time for creative expression with games and songs and play and movement and what we come up with to nurture ourselves!
The intended focus is on self nurturing and self expression and practicing deep compassion for self and others. Envision choice, freedom, exploring the natural world around you and within you in a community of your fellows..
Organic garden on site, and our food is mostly local and organic, healthy and exquisitely-flavored, prepared with care to support our priority fo rnurturing ourselves in our day together. I have eaten here, and the food is stellar!
