Deep Listening is the cornerstone of the practice that we cultivate in ourselves, and that enriches all our relationships. Listening Posts are places to practice deep listening, based on the principles of NVC. They are designed to restore the commons by offering simple, safe environments for people to express, to be heard, and to connect from the heart.
