For as long as I can remember, I've always been quite the practicer of non-violence. Not necessarily specifically and only (or exactly) Marshall B. Rosenberg methodology and terminology/phraseology, but there's substantial affinity and probably roughly 75% or (possibly much) more in overlap/commonality. It's always had a rather to quite positive influence and impact on me and those around me, and quite a/the way of interacting with people, the world in general, and much of my general attitudes and approaches. It is a way of being quite moral/ethical and empathetic/compassionate, in my interactions
Various NVC activities, life, etc.
I'm Michael, and I reside in Berkeley. I'm very much a non-violent person - very much part of who I am and my "nature", and I quite practice non-violence, though not necessarily and/or only Marshall B. Rosenberg flavor thereof.
Great group of people, and fine cool events!
