We be exploring the theme of empowerment through compassion

The intention of this day is to experience a compassionate connection with your self and the other. You will have the opportunity to connect with the feelings/ energies and needs that are alive for you during challenging interactions.
You will also have the opportunity to explore the plight of others !

The NVC practices that we will employ will be to listen, to feel, to understand, to connect, to express, to celebrate.

It will be transformative day of sharing authentically, with heart, courage and sensitivity.

10.30 - 4.00 We will break for lunch at around 1.30pm and request that participants bring food to share. We eat as a communty. Tea, coffee and water will be provided.
