Robert Bradley is a fish biologist for the North Coast District and has asked for some help with some fish stocking this Saturday.

I will just copy in his email:

So just a reminder, the trout stocking will occur this Saturday (May 21st). We would like folks to arrive at the site around 9:30 a.m. Please check in at the marked table at the beginning of the meadow, and pick up the gear you need to pack fish in (there may be a need to share the gear during the day, but please make sure that someone checks in the gear at the end of the day also). There will be water available if you like, either to carry with you or to have when you get back. There will be a few soft drinks also. Please bring your own lunch/snacks, and remember to wear a good pair of hiking boots for traction and ankle support. I’m not quite sure what the weather will do. Weather forecasts are variable right now. So it would be advisable to be prepared for rain and hope for sun.

With the approximate number of people I have on my list at this point, there will be a need to make second trips up to the lake to get all the fish in without overloading the buckets. If we get additional people showing up this may not be the case. So please check in at the fish truck before leaving to see if we have fish left if you are willing to make a second trip.
