We will go to local movie theaters to watch movies and head to local restaurant, bars and coffee houses afterwards to meet, mingle and discuss.

  ABOUT OUR MEETUP GROUP:
We are a fun and exciting group of people that love movies.  We discuss the films we watch over drinks or a nice meal.  We love to meet and socialize with new and old friends!
Any suggestions for movies or events are always welcome with a smile :)   ... just drop me an email! :)

WHAT ARE THE $10.50 FOR ?
The ten dollars and fifteen cents include your movie ticket and meetup fees.  When you RSVP "YES" you will be asked to make an amazon payment for $10.50 for a regular movie and $16.50 for an IMAX movie.  When you show up at the movie theater, find the organizer/asst. organizer in charge of the event - they will have your movie ticket.  [YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A SEPERATE TICKET.  The $10.50/$16.50 fee includes your movie ticket.]   
  If you can't find me (your organizer) or the asst. organizer in charge of the event call them on their cell which will be posted under the details of the meetup event.
  OUR MOVIE NIGHTS:
Our movie nights are truly fun and provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere that allows you to meet and socialize with other movie fans like you.
If you RSVPed for the movie you MUST come to the activity we have planed afterwards, we don't want people to come just for the movie, we want people who want to come to the movie, have a great night and make friends.
Most common reasons why people joined this group:
1-" Hate going to the movies alone!!"
2-" I love movies and make friends!!"
3- "I love talking about movies!!""
That's why you must come to the mix and mingle afterwards.

WHAT MOVIES AND WHERE DO WE GO?
We watch all kinds of movies: mainstream, indie, thriller, comedy, drama, foreign films
(Spanish, French... Etc with English subtitles), etc. and anything

We go all over the city, from the "Lower east side" to the "Upper East and West side" and all over in between!
We want to experience different areas and different theaters!! :)

REFUND RULES:
1-MEETUP IS CANCELLED.
2-MEETUP IS RESCHEDULED.
3-48 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT( DUE TO THE NEED TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING.) NO EXCEPTIONS.!!

WHEN YOU RSVPed BUT FAIL TO SHOW?
When you RSVPed you are taken a spot, a seat, a ticket... some events we limit the number of attendees due to the limited seating we are able to book. If you RSVPed and fail to attend, you are preventing some else to come and have a blast some one else who might really want to come and enjoy the event.
If you RSVPed for an event but have a change of plans, kindly change your RSVP status with time, this will allowed others to change their plans also.
Fail to do so your name will be put on the blacklist(no-show list)
*2 NO SHOWS will kindly removed you from the group, this is because it is not fare to others... it's not fare to you!!
If you were asked to make an AMAZON PAYMENT for the event, you will lose every right for a refund.
We keep track of the no shows.

Please be advice that you are responsible for all your expenses, please bring enough cash to cover your check.
