When we go to Turkey Mountain, I know the views, I know the sunset you will get. I have not seen this sunset from this spot before, so the good to the bad will be shared by us all, but I got a good feeling about it. We will hike through the woods, up past Leatherman's Cave to the overlook. We will hang to watch the sunset, the nicer the sunset, the longer we hang. The park ranger told me that we then have to take the quickest way out.
At this time of day, there is no park entrance fee.
