Sure, there's plenty of chances to play Chess and Go in NYC. But what if you're a fan of Othello, Arimaa, the Gipf series or the multitude of chess variants out there? Introducing the NYC Abstract Strategy Meetup. For lovers of abstracts who want to meet like minded people, and improve their skills. Meetups will happen once a month, probably on Sunday afternoons, at any of various locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or Jersey City. And who knows? Maybe there will be a game or 2 of chess.
