Build your first Alexa Skill

Co-hosted by betaworks and Amazon, our first meetup will walk you through building your first Alexa skill. It will require editing some code but there's no previous coding experience required, and we will be providing individualized attention to make sure everyone gets up and running.

To build your first skill all you'll need is a laptop with a modern browser installed (i.e. not Internet Explorer). If you'd like to bring your own Amazon Echo that's fine, but we'll have one available for general use as well.
