Happy New Year! Hope that this email finds you well and staying warm!!

As we really get going in the new year, let me take a few minutes to inform you of some changes happening with ADG's Flagship event Open Turntables @ LP & Harmony:

First, breaking away of having Open Turntables (OTT) @ LP & Harmony every 1st and 3rd Sunday each month, OTT will now only be ONCE (1x) a month. This will ensure that DJs are spinning at what will be a key / exclusive night. In other words, whether you're a pro, or just beginning your DJ career we want you to come ready to bring it with enough time to prepare.

This change will take effect starting on January 18 (Click here to sign up) which will be the first OTT of the new year. This OTT will be open to ANYONE! Whether a member for 1 day or 3 years!

Second, I have been lucky enough to know some amazing DJs and honestly a lot of them are women. So in an effort to promote more women DJs, NO MATTER THE GENRE.. I will be having an ALL FEMALE DJ OTT @ LP & Harmony Sunday, February 15th! (Sign Up Here).

"Ladies Night" will start what will be an every month opportunity for all styles of DJs. Vinylists, Controllerists, Traktor heads, Serato DJs, and CDJ purists. With March being CONTROLLERS ONLY and April being ALL VINYL. However...

If once a month is not enough for you DJs who want to spin whenever and however you can, I have worked out an amazing chance for you to spin every Tuesday at The SKINnY in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. With the support of the NYC DJs & Mixthusiasts Network (#NYCDMN), all you have to do is sign up to the site, and answer a few questions by clicking here, and you will be plugged in into, not only a slot for OTT @ The SKINnY, but with a supporting group of DJs and Mixologists!

So whether it is with me (DJ Mike Márquez) or DJ Administer AKA Mr. Speaker at LP & Harmony, or my friends Jonathan "Boxxy" Brown and Ed Funk over at NYC DJs & Mixthusiasts Network you are plugged in to DJ at as many times in a month as one can! lol
